Shipping policy
At Aevion, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and reliably across India.
1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.
- Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
- If we find we cannot deliver COD order to your particular pincode/area it may get cancelled but we do not cancel prepaid orders and make your delivery even to remote village areas using government post office services.
2. Shipping Time
- Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days across India.
- Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and courier service availability.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Availability
Cash on Delivery (COD) is offered selectively based on product category, demand patterns, serviceability, and return rates. COD availability may vary from product to product and location to location.
We reserve the right to enable or disable COD for specific products/orders at our discretion based on operational feasibility and order history.
If COD is unavailable for a particular product, prepaid payment options will be provided at checkout.
4. Partial COD / Advance Payment
For select products, we may offer a Partial COD option where a portion of the order value is collected in advance and the remaining amount is payable upon delivery. The advance/partial payment amount may vary depending on the product, order value, and other operational factors.
This advance payment helps cover shipping, courier, packaging, and additional operational costs associated with processing COD orders and enables us to sustainably offer Partial COD where feasible.
Non-Refundable Cases:
If the customer refuses delivery, is unavailable to accept the order, provides incorrect delivery details, or the order is returned/RTO for reasons not attributable to us, the advance/partial payment shall be non-refundable.
Refundable Cases:
The advance/partial payment will be refunded if the order cannot be fulfilled due to reasons attributable to us, including but not limited to:
- Non-dispatch or non-delivery caused by our operations or courier failure
- Wrong item shipped
- Product received in defective/damaged condition
- Any other issue where fault is determined to be on our side
We reserve the right to determine refund eligibility after reviewing the order and shipment details.
5. Shipping Charges
- We offer free shipping on all orders.
6. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email.
- You can use this link to track your order in real-time.
7. Delays & Issues

While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:
- High order volumes
- Weather conditions
- Courier service issues
In such cases, we will keep you informed.
8. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
- If an incorrect address is provided, your order may be delayed or cancelled.
- Orders that are undelivered and returned (RTO) may not be eligible for re-shipping without additional charges.
9. Returns & Exchanges
- We do not refund accepted working items however if you received wrong/damaged product or any other issues immediately contact us using information on contact us page.
